Sarah Rita Mulindwa, a Ugandan-born UK-based reproductive health nurse, is also a media personality and fashion influencer. Recognized on Love Honey’s Wall of Female Empowerment in 2022, she has an impressive educational background with degrees from Westminster Kingsway College and Thames Valley University. Sarah specialized in sexual health and HIV/AIDS at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She transitioned into media, becoming a well-known voice on Hoxton Radio, Talk Radio, and BBC Radio London, and hosted Channel 4’s “The Sex Clinic.” As a fashion influencer, Sarah has been a stylist, editor for 1883 Magazine, and a published writer. In 2020, she founded the Sarah Mulindwa Foundation, focusing on HIV/AIDS education and youth empowerment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteered on the NHS Frontline. Featured in Vogue, BBC, and The Guardian, Sarah continues to inspire through her work in health, media, and fashion.
