Atong Amos, CEO of Triple A Services & Petroleum, delivered a powerful keynote address at the Global Black Impact Summit (GBIS) 2024 in Dubai, shedding light on the significance of Black excellence in the global energy sector. As a multifaceted professional and South Sudanese-born continental youth, Amos brought a wealth of experience and dedication to positive change to the stage.
Amos emphasized the crucial role Black entrepreneurs play in advancing access to electricity in a sustainable manner, particularly in developing communities. She highlighted the innovative strides Black-owned energy companies are making worldwide, from project development to community development and industry growth.

She drew upon her experiences as CEO of Triple A Petroleum and Services, where she is advancing the energy sector in South Sudan, and as President and Founder of Gold Orchid Events Management, one of South Sudan’s largest event management companies.
Amos’ address also touched upon her commitment to driving positive change in South Sudan, including her work with the Aliab Rural Development Agency and her previous role as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Assistance for Relief and Development Agency.
