We initiated and pitched this. Dr. Atong Amos shared her journey entering the male-dominated oil and gas industry, highlighting the challenges she faced as a woman. She offered valuable lessons from her experiences, emphasizing the importance of cross-border collaborations to empower women across Africa.
Atong Amos, CEO of Triple A Services & Petroleum, delivered a powerful keynote address at the Global Black Impact Summit (GBIS) 2024 in Dubai, shedding light on the significance of Black excellence, and inclusivity in the global energy sector. As a multifaceted professional and South Sudanese-born continental youth, Amos brought a wealth of experience and dedication to positive change to the stage. We wrote her speech and coordinated all the support with her photographer and event organiser, helping her take the stage confidently and share her vision with a global audience of leaders, including presidents, ministers, and international delegates.
In 2024, at Humanitarian Awards Global in Accra Ghana, BM Publications celebrated three nominations for their clients – Anitta Neshiri from Zimbabwe, and Judith Allen Heard and Leona Buhenzire from Uganda. Each of these women brings a narrative of resilience, empowerment, and their pursuit of bettering the world.
From August 8th to 11th 2024, Ghanaian-British entrepreneur Basil Anthony made his first-ever visit to the city for the BUILDCON Construction Expo at UMA Show Grounds. BM Publications had the privilege of managing the PR and media relations for Basil, a man whose entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic heart have earned him recognition across Africa.

We championed Judith Heard’s dual mission of environmental and fashion activism, spotlighting her 50 Million Trees for Africa campaign and her recognition at the 2024 Green Carpet Fashion Awards in Hollywood. Launched with over 10,000 trees planted in Ugandan schools like Kasangati High and supported by community efforts, her afforestation movement tackles deforestation while inspiring youth and global collaboration. Ahead of the Oscars on March 6, 2024, we curated her story for Atmos.Earth alongside Sophie Benson and Amie Tran, amplifying her voice as a climate advocate. Co-chaired by Zendaya, Cate Blanchett, and Livia Firth, the awards celebrated Heard’s intersectional activism—merging sustainable fashion with ecological impact.

We showcased Sarah Mulindwa’s dynamic journey as a TV personality, fashion influencer, and healthcare advocate for ages 18-60 through strategic storytelling and brand elevation. Our efforts included curating her keynote speakership at Brave Girls Fest in Uganda on June 22, 2024, with Reach A Hand Uganda, media awareness through XFM, Spark TV, NTV, Urban TV, NBS TV, UBC, Tower Post, Kampala Edge Times and New Vision—blending sexual health advocacy, HIV awareness to inspire and educate across continents.
We elevated the 2023 Blankets and Wine Tent by Choplife and Zou, hosting Netflix actor Prince Grootboom as guest host. Our team managed his welfare, press conference, NRG interview, charity visit to Wembley Mo Ghetto dance home, and a dance masterclass at TroyStudios. We also organized a film talk on African movie industry challenges, led by Tracy Kababito and Zion Kente, sparking vital dialogue. Coordinating transportation, content creation, and media coverage, we amplified the event’s reach and impact, blending entertainment with purpose.
We spotlighted Sarah Mulindwa, a UK-based Ugandan sexual health nurse and media personality, as she delivered a powerful keynote at Brave Girls Fest on September 28, 2022, at the International University of East Africa. Organized by Reach A Hand Uganda, the event championed girl child empowerment and sexual reproductive health. Mulindwa tackled unwanted pregnancies, HIV/AIDS stigma, harmful myths, and the need for healthy relationships, advocating for comprehensive sexual education. “Young people deserve accurate information to make informed choices,” she asserted. Through her expertise and influence, we amplified her solution-driven message, inspiring a generation to prioritize sexual wellness and fostering a healthier, more informed society.
On August 15, 2021, we coordinated the launch of DLFI, managing media and service providers. Focused on education, livelihood, and cultural exchange, the foundation champions anti-cyberbullying advocacy, with Desire Luzinda inspiring young girls worldwide through her personal story.
We’ve directly coordinated content calendars and brand positioning photoshoots for African talents like Mothers and Women’s Days shoot featuring Natna Hair for (Rema Namakula, Mami Deb, Rachel K and Spice Diana), Angella Katatumba, Desire Luzinda, Sean Preezy, and Nantambi Marjorine. These campaigns boost visibility and connect with audiences, showcasing authentic voices through strategic imagery—because elevating African creatives matters.
We developed Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), resumes, and CVs for a diverse roster of high-profile individuals and businesses. This project showcased our expertise in crafting compelling, succinct profiles for talents like Rickman Manrick, Sheilah Gashumba, Judith Heard, Brian Muhumuza, Anko Ronie, Sharon O, Atong Amos, Jerry Fisayo-Bambi, and Psalms Mixed Farm. By highlighting their achievements and unique value, we elevated their visibility and strengthened their brand presence across media platforms.
We propelled our talents and creatives onto an inter-continental platform through the British Council-sponsored PALF, featuring them as keynote speakers at its transformative camp, congress, and awards. In 2016, the Angella Katatumba Development Foundation spearheaded the Mulago Yaffe Campaign, a landmark initiative that demonstrated the power of strategic communication and collaboration towards the health care ministry and the Mulago National Referral Hospital. As the publicist driving this effort with Angella and her dad, Muhumuza Brian coordinated logistics, media interviews, and press releases, culminating in a multifaceted campaign that far exceeded expectations.
